We hope this message finds you well! It's hard to believe it's been four decades since we walked the halls of Acalanes High School. As we approach this significant milestone, it's time to reconnect, reminisce, and celebrate all that we've accomplished since graduation. Our 40th high school reunion promises to be a memorable weekend filled with laughter, nostalgia, and the chance to catch up with old friends. Put Sept. 6-8, 2024 on your calendars. Below is a schedule of events.
Reunion Dinner: Class of ‘84 Celebration at Rancho Cantina - Saturday, Sept. 7, 6-10 p.m.
As we celebrate our 40th reunion, we’ll be holding an unforgettable celebration filled with vibrant flavors and memories. Picture this: a festive evening featuring a delicious spread of Mexican cuisine to tantalize our taste buds and add a zesty twist to our gathering. Price of $85 pp includes full Mexican meal and two drinks. RSVP by Aug. 23 for early bird price. After Aug. 24, price is $95 pp.
Tour of Acalanes, Fri, Sept. 6, 5:45PM
Join us for a guided, walking tour of the campus. Walk down memory lane as we see how Acalanes has changed. Meet at the AHS Flagpole, in front of school at 5:45pm, and AHS Senior Leadership students will lead the tour.
Acalanes Football vs. Mt. Diablo, Fri, Sept. 6 at 7 p.m.
Sign up by Sept 1st! 1984 alumni planning on attending will have no entrance fee. Come check out this amazing team that was last year’s State Championship! Adult tickets are normally $12 by ordering through GoFan app. Thanks to Randy Takahashi, Athletic Director, who has made this possible.
Gathering at the Round Up Saloon - Friday, Sept. 6 after the Acalanes football game
After the game, join us at our favorite Lafayette water hole for music and drinks at the Round Up Saloon. Cash only.
Walk at Lafayette Reservoir - Saturday, Sept. 7, 10 a.m.
Break out your sneakers and get out in the fresh air with a walk around Lafayette Reservoir. Meet at the top of the hill by the fish cleaning station & bathroom. We suggest 2 hours for your parking meter @ $1.50/hr. Credit cards accepted, or $7/day in the big Lot.
